At Pollyedit, we want you to shop with confidence. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're happy to assist you with an eligible return. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before submitting a request.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Unused, unworn, and unwashed.
  • In their original condition.
  • All original tags must still be attached.
  • Free from stains, perfume, makeup, deodorant marks, pet hair, or other signs of use.
  • Returned in the original packaging whenever possible.

Returns that do not meet these requirements may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following products cannot be returned:

  • Final Sale items
  • Gift Cards
  • Swimwear with the hygiene liner removed
  • Bodysuits
  • Underwear & Lingerie
  • Earrings
  • Personalized or customized products
  • Beauty accessories
  • Items damaged through improper use or normal wear and tear

How to Request a Return

Before sending any item back, please contact our Customer Support Team.

  • Your Order Number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • Reason for your return
  • Photos of the item if it is damaged, defective, or incorrect

After your request has been reviewed, we'll provide return authorization along with the correct return instructions and return address.

Returns sent without prior authorization cannot be processed.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is caused by:

  • Receiving the wrong item
  • Receiving a damaged item
  • Receiving a defective product

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

For your protection, we recommend using a shipping service with tracking, as Pollyedit cannot be responsible for return packages lost during transit.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive an incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days after delivery.

Please provide:

  • Your Order Number
  • Photos of the item
  • Photos of the shipping package
  • Photos of the shipping label

After reviewing your request, we'll provide an appropriate solution, including a replacement or refund where applicable.

Refund Processing

Once your returned package has been received and inspected, we'll notify you of the outcome by email.

If your return is approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, additional processing time may be required before the refund appears in your account.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours after purchase.

Once an order has entered processing or has already been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

Return Conditions

To ensure your return is processed smoothly, please note:

  • Returned products must satisfy all return eligibility requirements listed above.
  • Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for a refund.
  • Returns submitted without prior approval may be rejected.
  • Customers should package returned items securely to prevent damage during transportation.
  • Pollyedit reserves the right to refuse any return that does not comply with this Return & Refund Policy.
