Order Processing

Once your order has been successfully placed, our warehouse will begin preparing your package.

  • Processing Time: 1–3 Business Days
  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
  • Orders placed after business hours or during holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Processing times may be slightly longer during promotional events or peak shopping seasons.

Order Tracking

After your order has been shipped, you'll receive a Shipping Confirmation Email with your tracking number.

Tracking information normally becomes available within 24–48 hours after the package has been scanned by the carrier.

Shipping Information

Before placing your order, please note:

  • We currently do not ship to APO, FPO, or DPO military addresses.
  • Shipping addresses cannot be changed once an order has entered processing.
  • Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information during checkout.
  • Pollyedit is not responsible for shipping delays caused by incorrect addresses, customs inspections, carrier delays, severe weather, or other events beyond our control.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us promptly.

Please provide:

  • Your Order Number
  • Photos of the damaged item(s), if applicable
  • Photos of the shipping package and shipping label

We'll work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and provide an appropriate solution.


Customs & Import Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other local fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges are not included in your purchase price or shipping fee and are the responsibility of the customer.
